The services were good, the room was air-conditioned and had top-notch amenities like a bidet, a shower cap, and bath sheets in the private bathroom.

the hotel is very near to duomo and city visit.

bathroom has some kind of smell, and towel are like bed sheets.

I loved being there, the place is quaint and comfy.

stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, i would come here again. everything was good, including nice staff. this location was marvellous, not far from the train station and tramvia, the piazza di santa maria novella and grocery stores. had nice dainties at river cafe firenze, located a walking distance from the hotel. got small double room with lobelia window as well as a different level from the private foyer as expected.

Hotel location is great, at walking distance to the train station and main historic sites.

The lady at reception was lovely and explained very well in English the fact it wasn't staffed all the time. Extremely helpful and lovely! The room was huge and had an extra single bed in even though we had only booked a double. Bathrom was good and clean. The Tourist house is in a perfect location, 5 mins away from the station and the town centre and has plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. They also offer a secure room to leave your bags after you check out if you want to have look round before you heave your luggage away, was extremly impressed and this was the best of the five different hotels we stayed in whilst in Italy.

Nothing, this place is great.

Even though I was arriving late past check in time, it was no problem for the hotel. Tehy supplied me with a telephone number to call to get the code to the front door and advised I could check in the next morning. When we arrived reception actually ended up being open and so we were able to check in there and then.

The bed was pretty ucomfortable (major roll together - Room 3), and so I wouldn't recommend it for more than a night or two, but it was excellent value and perfect for what we wanted.

I had a good stay on vacation, and I'm glad I chose it. The location was excellent and amazing. The hotel is so close to Firenze SMN train station, Duomo, and the Santa Maria Novella main station. The Medici Chapel was approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The rooms were big, and the staff was helpful.

It was simple but with everything that I could have wanted while my stay. The owner's are very affectionate. We got more than what we paid for. The location is awesome. We loved our stay here and would go back to this hotel whenever we visit Florence again.

The building is nicely decorated. the rooms are air-conditioned and a decent size with soap. the hotel provides a big, comfortable bed and shampoo. the staff are extremely friendly and deserving of a 3-star rating.

The staff are very very helpful, the hotel is quirky and with LOVELY location really close to the most important train station. You can have butter and jam with your breakfast if you want to. All in all they offer good service.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided us with a free map of Florence and even circled some places to go. The room was clean.

If I had to say something it would be that the beds weren't that comfortable.
